Bastourma


The Bastourma is a type of meat originating from the Middle East and Eastern Europe Ottoman Empire. However, this dish is usually considered Armenian or Turkish. The Bastourma beef is pressed and dried and can be a welcome compliment to many recipes.  Here are just a few suggestions:
