Minced Meat Chili

Ingredients
- A medium onion, finely chopped
- 300g minced meat
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 spoons of vegetable oil
- A large carrot, diced
- A branch of Celery, diced
- A diced colored pepper
- A can of red bean
- A can of diced tomato
- A hot pepper, diced
- Salt, pepper, cumin
- Shallots and shredded cheese to decorate the plate (optional)
Preparation
- Fry the onion and garlic with the vegetable oil.
- Add the minced meat, salt, pepper and cook for 5 min, mix well.
- Add the cut vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Wash the beans well and add them to the mixture.
- Add the can of diced tomato.
- Add the cumin and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Decorate with chopped shallots and shredded cheese.
- Serve with tostitos chips and sour cream.
