Beef stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 450 ml cooking cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 kg beef tenderloin strips
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the onion and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter until they turn goldish and soft.
- In the same skillet, add the beef tenderloin and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes. Add the mustard and soya sauce, then the cooking cream. Stir the whole mixture and let it cook for 20 minutes .
- Remove from pan and serve it with a side rice or pasta.
